Advancing AI 2026 : dates, format et priorities
AMD opens registrations for Advancing AI 2026scheduled for July 22 and 23 in San Francisco (California). The official page offers check-in alerts and Google Calendar and iCal links. No keynote or list of speakers published yet; only an overview and the possibility to register are available.
The event is positioned as an annual meeting for developers, customers and partners, focused on AI infrastructure, architecture and development. AMD announces sessions on AI agents, model optimization, training, certifications and access to free GPU resources.

The 2025 edition served as a ramp for Instinct MI350 Seriesthe introduction of ROCm 7an overview of the generation MI400 and rack-scale system Helios expected in 2026. AMD had also lined up support from Meta, OpenAI, xAI, Oracle, Microsoft, Cohere, HUMAIN, Red Hat, Astera Labs and Marvell, with a clear focus on an open AI infrastructure approach rather than an isolated product launch.
At this stage, AMD has not confirmed a consumer-oriented product presence around Computex. The tempo and positioning of July places a clear priority on AI and the developer ecosystem, far from a general public marketing meeting. The implicit message remains the same as last year: this event is primarily aimed at investors and technical teams.
