On Saturday, March 21, marked the beginning of spring and Marc Calas welcomed the many curious people who came to see what the associative cafe “La Houlette” at La Draille is all about.

There were six people who imagined and created it. Marc, Carla, Mathilde, Aurore, Christophe, and Tony are part of the group. They come together to enjoy friendly moments, have fun in joy and good humor, and share experiences.

Visitors are encouraged to share their suggestions or ideas in a box at La Houlette.

That evening, there was a spherical exhibition by Jean-François Maes, followed by a screening of a film: “La Révolution Bleue,” with photos of Earth taken by NASA. Jean-Marie Azaïs from Hospitalet du Larzac explained about it.

He talked about the book “Le Petit Prince” by Saint-Exupéry. Jean Pierre Goux wrote the sequel to this book: “La Petite Princesse” and then “La Clé des Songes” (published by Eyrolles).

With eight billion people on Earth, we can only go to another planet that is our own. He added: Earth doesn’t need to be saved, it needs to be loved!

Afterward, everyone enjoyed a meal and DJ Radio Barjo took over to end the evening with music loved by all.
