The early access starts in a month
This new free-to-play is indeed very different from the Battle Royale that is PUBG, even though it remains a shooter. A very different shooter because PUBG: Blindspot is a game focused on 5v5 team PvP, with a top-down view camera.
Each team’s mission will be to infiltrate a building while preventing your opponents from doing the same, and for that, you will have access to a significant arsenal. It will be necessary to play smart by staying out of your opponents’ line of sight, and do everything to set traps for them using the gadgets at your disposal. The game promises to be more tactical and is inspired by Rainbow Six Siege, with unique characters who have their own preferences with the available weapons.
You will soon be able to test this proposal as PUBG: Blindspot will be released in early access on Steam on February 5th. This version will give access to a large part of the final game’s formula, with updates expected regularly to bring balancing and new features. Krafton does not yet know how long this early access will last.
