The final farewell to Loana takes place on Friday, April 10th. Just over two weeks after the death of the reality TV star, found lifeless at her home on March 25th, a ceremony is being held in Nice to pay tribute. Her family, friends, and anyone who wishes are invited to attend the ceremony at the Sainte-Réparate cathedral at 11 a.m. Some stars from the Loft have announced they will not attend, such as Jean-Edouard Lipa and Kenza Braïga.

The family of Loana initially tried to sell the rights to her funeral. When no publication agreed, they decided to make the event public. A floral theme and florist have been chosen, sparking suspicion among some internet users of inappropriate product placement during this mourning period.

While Loana’s funeral will be open to the public, certain people who were close to her may not be welcome. The family fears the event could turn into a settling of scores, leading to talks of screening guests at the church entrance. Fred Cauvin, Loana’s ex-boyfriend, has announced his intention to attend to grieve and not engage in conflicts.
