Vianney completes his challenge of building a cabin in the woods
It took him 9 months of hard work to build his cabin. Singer Vianney has completed the challenge he set himself last summer when he decided to put his music career on hold to recharge and embark on a much more original project: the construction of a refuge in the middle of the forest.
“I planned to build a cabin, a place where I could put a piano, a bed, a table that I built with my own hands. I think it’s this aspect of building that interests me. Not to produce, but to build,” he explained in a video posted on his TikTok account in June 2025, at the start of the project.
Throughout the seasons, the singer faced snow and solitude to build his cabin with more or less difficulty. Fortunately, he was able to count on the support of his wife and children, who are seen in the videos documenting the work.
A beautiful house and millions of views
Vianney shared this hands-on experience on his YouTube channel and social networks, which was very popular with his community, as evidenced by the millions of views under his posts. A success that surprised the singer, who wrote on his Facebook page: “I never thought for a second that you would be interested. All your words, your thoughts, have been my fuel. In the rain, snow, or solitude, all of it meant a lot. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Now that his little house is finished, Vianney has announced to his fans that he will lock himself in for a month with his instruments and tape recorder to make music. It’s time to say goodbye to “Vianney the carpenter,” as he calls himself, and welcome back the singer.
