On Friday, April 10, 2026, amid the smell of hot coffee and the smiles of the first guests, the McDonald’s Mont-Riboudet experienced a special morning. It was not an ordinary meeting: the sign celebrated its 40 years of presence and sharing in the heart of the Rouen metropolis.
A place steeped in history
The choice of the Mont-Riboudet restaurant for this event was no coincidence. A true local pillar, it is the very first restaurant opened by Renaud Rego De Sebes as a franchisee in the Rouen metropolis. Forty years later, it remains the symbol of an entrepreneurial adventure that has forged unbreakable ties with the Rouen region.
The month of partnerships: Sport and land in the spotlight
To mark this fortieth anniversary, McDonald’s launched a year of thematic celebrations. If last month was dedicated to customer loyalty, this April is entirely devoted to partnerships.
This morning, the restaurant invited those who make the local ecosystem thrive for a convivial breakfast:
– The agricultural world: Suppliers and players in the value chain, essential to the quality of products served daily. – The sports world: Many local clubs were represented this morning, demonstrating the brand’s commitment to supporting amateur and professional sports in Rouen and its metropolis.
More than partners, a community
This morning was above all an opportunity for authentic exchange moments. Far from the formal office setting, the teams from the different clubs and McDonald’s were able to freely discuss, sharing their anecdotes and common passion for the field. This relaxed atmosphere around breakfast highlights the strength of the bonds woven over the years.
A daily complicity
A big thank you to Renaud, Wesley, and Virginie for the invitation this morning. Their availability, listening, and daily proximity are real assets for successfully carrying out joint projects between McDonald’s and the RMB.
