In 2025, Éric Antoine confirmed his status as a valuable asset for M6. Between the return of Wheel of Fortune, the success of The Traitors, 99 to beat, and France Has Incredible Talent, the host has been busy with multiple productions, making him one of the most prominent faces on the channel. At the same time, he also announced the end of Lego Masters after five seasons. He explained that the show, expensive and challenging to produce, no longer attracted enough viewers. “I think we’ve explored it enough,” the host disclosed to Puremédias. “Watching people build with bricks, it held its place for a while.” This observation was reinforced by the continuous decline in audience numbers since its launch in 2020. In contrast, Wheel of Fortune was considered a format worth continuing.
On Thursday, April 2, M6 once again airs a special celebrity edition of Wheel of Fortune in prime time at 9:10 pm. Hosted by Éric Antoine, nine celebrities will test their luck while playing for charities. Just like in the regular version, the principle remains the same: solve puzzles, increase the jackpot, and avoid dreaded spaces like bankruptcy or exchange, which can change everything in an instant.
Three teams of celebrities tonight
For this fifth special evening event, the guests will be divided into three teams of three. The first trio will bring together Michel Boujenah, Chantal Ladesou, and Ilyes Djadel. The second team will consist of Tibo InShape, Inès Vandamme, and Lebouseuh. Finally, Gérard Jugnot, Charlotte Gabris, and Élie Semoun complete the lineup for the evening. In each round, the best contestant will secure a spot in the final, aiming to increase the winnings for the charity they represent. With humor, competition, and unexpected twists, the evening promises to be lively once again on M6.
