So what are you getting here, and why does it make a lot of sense for the price? Well, first off, you’re getting arguably one of the best graphics cards on the market, the RTX 5070 Ti, which packs 16GB of high-speed GDDR7 VRAM, new Blackwell features, and powerful AI capabilities. It’s an excellent pick for QHD gaming at ultra settings and high fps, and has decent 4K performance, which can be further enhanced by DLSS and MFG. What puts this RTX 5070 Ti build into the upper-tier, however, is its impressive Intel Core i9-14900KF processor, which boasts a 6GHz boost clock speed, 24 cores, 22 threads, and a large 36MB L3 cache. It’s a very strong alternative to the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, often found paired with the RTX 5070 Ti, and is a CPU that excels at gaming, multitasking, and handling demanding creative workflows. Combined with 32GB of Kingston Fury DDR5 6400Mhz RAM, you’ve got a machine that can handle pretty much anything you can throw at it.

2TB SSD is a win for hybrid usage
With some games easily hitting over 100GB nowadays, a 1TB SSD is starting to become fairly obsolete for gamers playing large AAA titles and those who are splitting time between gaming and content creation. 2TB is a great way to go, and saves you a potentially expensive SSD upgrade in the future.
A solid platform to upgrade on
You’ve got an MSI PRO Z790-P motherboard, a robust Gamdias Aura liquid CPU cooler, a roomy, well-ventilated PC case, and a powerful Gamdias 850W PSU, which add up to a very strong platform to upgrade on in the future.
Well-regarded brands lend this PC some credibility
Gamdias, MSI motherboard and graphics card, Kingston, and of course, ABS itself, are all big names in the industry, giving you a PC that’s made up of A-team players, rather than a mixture of lower divisions. When you’re spending this amount of cash, that certianly helps gives a vote of confidence.
Alternative to consider and our top gaming PC deals
So the big alternative at this price range would essentially be a Ryzen 7 9800X3D build, but from my experience, these are starting to creep way closer to $2,500 than they did in the past. These CPUs have a 96MB L3 cache, so in short, they’re better for very high fps gaming and esports. That being said, they have a much lower core and thread count, coming in at 8 and 16, so there’s a trade-off there. Personally, I think Intel’s 14th-gen processors are great for hybrid usage without completely breaking the bank, and Ryzen’s X3D models are ideal for gaming and future support, but cost an absolute fortune if you want a higher core count variant, which is hard to justify for most people.
