The rain, announced by the weather forecast, may come and disrupt things this Sunday. But at least the fifth edition of Nancy Sound City delighted its audience this Saturday, thanks to the summer weather. Organized by the Kontakt Production association, at the foot of the pépinière auditorium, this biergarten-style event (a German concept of partying around beer) indeed offered a lot of good music, with several DJs on the turntables, glasses of foam but also wine (to be consumed in moderation), and activities for the younger ones. Besides graffiti workshops, it was possible to learn the basics of mixing and play as apprentice DJs with Dionysa. This young association based in Laxou is dedicated to electronic music, especially for women and young people. More music, this time in a DIY mode, with La Boîte à Caillon: the popular education association allows you to make musical instruments using recycled materials, including plastic bottles, tin cans, and other repurposed objects. This whole crew will be back at it this Sunday from noon to 7 pm. Let’s hope to stay dry between the drops!
