The Radio France Children’s Choir, founded in 1946 by Henry Barraud and Maurice David, offers a unique educational experience with a general education in the morning and music training in the afternoon.
This children’s choir, appreciated by Olivier Messiaen and Henri Dutilleux, collaborates with various orchestras including the Philharmonia Orchestra of London and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Since 2008, Sofi Jeannin has been responsible for the artistic and educational direction of the choir.
The choir’s curriculum includes intense courses in choir singing, piano, music theory, harmony, and the Alexander Technique, available from elementary school to high school students in 2021, offering a path of excellence.
