According to information shared by the user Ruby_Rapids and relayed by the specialized site Wccftechit would be an engineering sample intended for future laptops, or even tablets.
A design that hints at Nvidia’s ambitions
According to the details visible on the announcement, the N1 processor, the imposing central component of the card, is surrounded by eight RAM modules totaling 128 GB. Added to this are two M.2 slots, an integrated Wi-Fi chip as well as HDMI, USB-C and audio jack ports. The large space provided on the card suggests a radial fan cooling system (“blower”), in order to dissipate the heat generated by this new SoC, placed under a heat sink.
The motherboard priced at around 1400 dollars nevertheless seems to be offered as an indication; this price probably does not reflect its final value.
