Krafton has announced the launch of the console phase of the “PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Xeno Point Streamer Challenge,” a multi-platform contest for content creators linked to the new cooperative PvE mode of the game, Xeno Point. Streamers in the competition will compete to win a share of a total prize pool of $100,000, awarded based on their in-game performances and audience.

Following a PC phase that attracted over 600 registered streamers, the challenge opens up to console creators starting on April 16 at 12 p.m., before a global final bringing together PC and console participants. The event showcases the Xeno Point mode, a new cooperative PvE experience for 4 players set in Miramar. Squads will face off against alien enemies, complete missions, and collect points to reach the final showdown aboard the mothership.

During this event, creators will stream their Xeno Point gameplay and compete in two separate rankings. The first, “Xeno Point Play,” will reward the top players based on their total points in this mode. The second, “Xeno Point Streaming,” will highlight streamers with the most hours of viewership on their Twitch or Kick channels.

The console phase of the challenge will run from April 16 at 12 p.m. to April 23 at 11:59 p.m. Registrations remain open until April 21 at 11:59 p.m. Creators who sign up after the start of the event will have their statistics taken into account for the entire duration, allowing them to join without being disadvantaged. At the end of the event, results from the PC and console versions will be combined to determine the final winners. Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 streamers in each ranking.

Krafton, Inc., the developer of PUBG: Battlegrounds, continues to innovate and offer new experiences to its community. This challenge is part of that effort, giving content creators a unique opportunity to compete while showcasing the new Xeno Point gameplay. The Korean company, known for the success of PUBG, is exploring new ways to maintain player engagement and attract new audiences.

This event is open to console content creators with at least 1,000 subscribers and who stream for at least five hours during the event. Registered participants can also activate Twitch Drops and Kick Drops for their viewers, offering exclusive rewards to their community.
