The evening of Friday June 19 is dedicated to the presentation of the festival poster and the program. The Soustonnais will finally discover the winner of the competition which put many participants in the running to select only three: Nina Philipps from Seignosse, Sonia Dupouy from Mazerolles and Charline Pichot from Bayonne, winner of the 2023 edition.
The verdict is expected in the A Noste room in the presence of elected officials, Vuelta Spectacle and the Festival Committee. Battle Darts will host the refreshment bar and the Aviron Club Soustonnais will offer tapas. The Cadetouns will offer a dance performance from 8:30 p.m. The duo DJ Boule will provide the end of the evening.
Show and music in the park
Meet in the park of the Château de la Pandelle on Saturday June 20: a show mixed with circus and theater, Cir’Onirico, will thrill the public with its acrobatics, pantomimes, juggling and magic from 6:30 p.m.
On the music side, Shantéona will come to neighbor Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse to offer her refrains with the good humor and talent that are their trademark. The Tyrois cantors will become sailors, bertsolari, compañeros of the Altiplano or proud mountaineers throughout the chosen program. The famous Incognitos will explode the festive spirit with brassy sounds, with their humor and their incredible talent, before a finale with the super-vitamin scores of the Oasix’Band. The refreshment bar and catering will be provided by the Festival Committee.
