When is the FNCS start time? This weekend is going to see the FNCS Major 1 Summit LAN play out. This is one of our two FNCS events happening this season, but it’s also the first of only two LANs. A rare chance to see the  competing in one lobby. When will it start though?

The FNCS Summit start time will begin on Friday May 29th, running over the whole weekend. The format for this tournament has been extended after the Second Chance Qualifier got added. Which has meant more days, and more games packed into each day. If you want to make sure you don’t miss everything, you’ll have to be online at the right time. This is when the FNCS start time is in each time zone:
When is the FNCS Summit Start Time?
The FNCS start time is currently schedules for afternoon on Friday for the time zone where the tournament is taking place. Although, that’ll be at a more or less convenient time depending on where you live. This is when the broadcast begins for the FNCS Summit LAN:
- 4 PM GMT
- 5 PM CEST
- 8 AM PT
- 12 AM JST
- 11 AM ET
- 1 AM AEST
That’s when the pre-show stars on the FNCS Summit 1 LAN broadcast. The first game is a little later though. if you’re not interested in the commentators going over the tournament, you can tune in a little later. This is the FNCS start time for the first game:
- 5:10 PM GMT
- 6:10 PM CEST
- 9:10 AM PT
- 1:10 AM JST
- 12:10 AM ET
- 2:10 AM AEST

Day 2 and 3
That’s the FNCS start time for the first day. But if you want to catch the lower bracket and the Grand Finals, you’ll have to tune in over the weekend too. This is when the second and third day’s first games will begin:
Day 2 FNCS Summit Start Time
- 5 PM GMT
- 6 PM CEST
- 9. AM PT
- 1 AM JST
- 12 AM ET
- 2 AM AEST
Day 3 FNCS Start Time
- 5 PM GMT
- 6 PM CEST
- 9. AM PT
- 1 AM JST
- 12 AM ET
- 2 AM AEST
That’s the first games of each day. But they’ll be a longer pre-show on each day too. With quite a bit of build up or the Grand Finals. Day Three is also an eight-game day, not six like the other two. So, it’ll run a little longer than them.
Can it Be Delayed?

Everything in Fortnite can get delayed, from new Fortnite seasons to random skins. The FNCS start time isn’t an exception. In the past, we’ve seen this pushed back by a while for technical difficulties. The last FNCS Major 1 tournament saw a lot of delays and problems too, with multiple games voided and re-ran in some regions. Hopefully, the FNCS Summit start time isn’t pushed back too much though.
It’ll be three whole days, and 20 games relying on the set-ups in the Arena to be functioning perfectly. We’ll expect a problem or two, that’s pretty much standard or Epic even before the layoffs. The pre-show will likely start at that same FNCS start time each day though.
