PUBG Mobile could be gearing up for one of its biggest anime collaborations, as recent leaks suggest a Naruto-themed crossover could arrive with the upcoming 4.5 Beta update. The beta is expected to launch around July 2026 and could introduce a dedicated Naruto mode, with special abilities, themed mechanics and exclusive in-game items.
PUBG Mobile Beta 4.5 Could Introduce Chakra and Jutsu Abilities

According to leaks, the upcoming PUBG Mobile beta 4.5 could introduce the Chakra system from the Naruto universe into the battle royale experience. This mechanic would allow players to use Ninjutsu abilities, adding a new layer of strategy to matches.
Instead of relying solely on their weapons and positioning, players will need to manage their chakra carefully and use well-timed jutsu abilities to gain the advantage.
Chakra should regenerate slowly when abilities are not in use. Players will also be able to instantly restore it by consuming Ichiraku Ramen, one of the themed items planned in the update.
New movement-based abilities
Naruto collaboration mode should improve player mobility with several chakra-based skills:
- Faster running speed on the map
- Higher jumps to reach elevated areas and structures
- The possibility of running on water
- Ninja Run movement support to help players keep pace with their teammates.
These mechanics could significantly change the way players turn, escape danger, and approach combat.
Ninjutsu skills released in release 4.5 of PUBG Mobile
The crossover is also expected to feature several of Naruto’s signature abilities, each designed for different combat situations.
Shadow Clone Jutsu

The Shadow Clone Jutsu can allow players to create copies of themselves. These clones should copy the player’s appearance, weapons and movements. Players may also be able to switch positions with their clones, making it easier to confuse opponents during fights.
Chidori

Sasuke’s signature Chidori should be a quick dash-based attack. Touching the ability can trigger a quick forward attack, while holding it can allow players to orient the direction of movement before attacking.
Rasengan

Naruto’s iconic Rasengan should also appear in the update. This skill can deal area damage at the point of impact and knock back nearby enemies. The longer the skill is charged, the greater the damage and knockback effect can be.
Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu

This ability allows you to throw a large fireball that explodes on impact. It can also create a burning zone that damages enemies there. Charged versions could move further and faster.
Raijin Jutsu volant

The Flying Raijin Jutsu can allow players to throw a special kunai and teleport to its location. This can be useful for aggressive pushes, quick repositioning, or escaping dangerous situations.
This ability can also be combined with Rasengan to trigger Level 2 Flying Raijin, creating an additional area attack after teleporting.
Mud wall

The Mud Wall is meant to create a defensive barrier in front of the player, providing temporary protection during gunfights. However, the wall can still be destroyed by explosives or powerful Ninjutsu attacks.
Jutsu de réanimation

The Revive Jutsu could serve as a rare support ability, allowing players to bring back their eliminated teammates. According to leaks, this recall mechanic can be used once per match by any player.
Jutsu de substitution
The Substitution Jutsu can automatically activate when a player’s health drops below 10. When triggered, the player is replaced by a log, becomes temporarily invulnerable, and teleports nearby.
Naruto-themed items expected in the update
The collaboration could also introduce several anime-inspired themed items, including:
- Ichiraku Ramen, which fully restores chakra
- Make-Out Paradise, which restores both health and energy
- Shuriken, which can be used as a melee weapon or thrown at enemies from a distance.
Preview release data from beta 4.5 of PUBG Mobile
