According to Lego, “smart play” will revolutionize the way children play with the pieces of the famous game. On April 17th and 18th, the JouéClub Confluence store will host an event in partnership with the Danish brand, around this innovation: Lego Smart Play applied to the Star Wars universe.
“Lego succeeds with Smart Play Star Wars in evolving the construction experience towards something more immersive and interactive, while retaining what makes the strength of the brick. It’s an innovation that we wanted to showcase so that the public can immediately grasp its full potential for use,” explains David Agnesetti, director of JouéClub Lyon Confluence.
During these two days, a 20m² ephemeral space will take place within the JouéClub Lyon Confluence store, transformed for the occasion into a real exploration ground. Interactive screens, lighted floor, dedicated animations: everything is designed to immerse visitors in a new way of playing, at the crossroads of construction and interaction.
“It’s an unprecedented immersive experience, only presented in a few stores in France. The innovation of Lego Smart Play Star Wars is to go beyond construction once the model is completed. Children can activate interactions, take on challenges, and evolve their game over time, for a more dynamic and immersive experience,” according to Frank Mathais, spokesperson for JouéClub.
Smart play Lego Star Wars at JouéClub Confluence Lyon, open to the public on Friday, April 17th (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and Saturday, April 18th (10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
