On stage, Alice, a child puppet
Alice, a curious and whimsical young neuroscientist, travels the world to reveal the mysteries of the brain to children. Through illusions, interactive experiments, and early innovations in cinema, she invites both young and old to question their perceptions. “Cerebrum Kids” combines theater, magic, and neuroscience to awaken curiosity and nurture critical thinking from a young age.
A public project led by Yvain Julliard
With Cerebrum Kids, Yvain Juillard continues his exploration of the links between art and science. Like in Cerebrum, the goal is to make the complexity of the brain accessible without simplifying it, by inviting children to experiment, doubt, and understand. The show turns knowledge into a sensitive adventure, where illusion and discovery merge to remind us that reality is, above all, a construction of our mind.
In an era of screens, fake news, and AI, this show questions our relationship with images and narratives of the world in a playful, visual, and interactive way.
