For several weeks, the return of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag has been more and more insistent. A new leak adds fuel to the fire. A description from the Indonesian game rating system draws attention to Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced.
This is a name that has been circulating for a while to designate this remake. A file linked to the game mentions a release on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but also the presence of new characters and new stories. The program is therefore loaded.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resyncedwhat do we know?
Until now, the idea of a remake of Black Flag was attractive with the promise of seeing Edward Kenway, naval battles and the Caribbean again in a title reworked with new generation graphics. However Ubisoft seems to want to go well beyond this with the addition of new narrative content. The description spotted suggests a game that “brings a fan favorite to life†while remaining faithful to the spirit of the original, before specifying that this 2026 version would include a new cast and new stories. For the rest if you are a fan of this episode Edward Kenway would still be at the center of the story, with his adventure in the 18th century Caribbean, between urban parkour, exploration and naval combat.
Note that the sheet mentions an 18+ classification in Indonesia. This point is not surprising for an Assassin’s Creed focused on clashes, violence and the brutal world of piracy, but it still gives a little more substance to this leak.
However, Ubisoft has still not officially communicated a public release date. If some sites talk about an imminent announcement or a tight schedule, indiscretions and interpretations are for the moment the only sources of information. Be careful, although there is now enough smoke to seriously believe in fire.
