We are relaying the launch by KRAFTONInc. of the console phase of the “Xeno Point Streamer Challenge” for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. This multiplatform competition features a prize pool of $100,000 and is open to content creators on Xbox and PlayStation. Participants will compete against each other on both their in-game performance and their audience on Twitch et Kick.
After bringing together more than 600 streamers during the PC phase, the event opens to consoles on April 16 at 12 p.m. (French time), to conclude on April 23 at 11:59 a.m. The world final will then bring together the best PC and console creators.
The challenge has two separate leaderboards: the “Xeno Point Play” leaderboard, based on the total points accumulated in PvE Xeno Point mode, and the “Xeno Point Streaming” leaderboard, based on the total number of hours watched streams PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS. The results from the PC and console versions will be added together to determine the ten best streamers in each category.
Registrations are possible until April 21 at 11:59 a.m. Creators who join the event after its launch will nevertheless see their performance counted since April 16, guaranteeing fair consideration of their activity.
Xeno Point mode offers a four-player cooperative experience on the island of Miramar. Squads must face alien creatures, complete objectives, collect points and conclude their session with a final battle aboard the mothership.
This challenge is reserved for creators with at least 1,000 subscribers and capable of ensuring a minimum of five hours of broadcasting during the event period. Twitch and Kick Drops can be enabled for viewers.Â
