On Wednesday, May 13, the Sauzetiers discovered the marquees set up in the square by the festival committee, as well as the stage where DJ Tris will host the evenings.

Barriers were also set up to close off certain streets in the village to prevent the bulls, accompanied by the herdsmen, from escaping.

As usual, the whole village gathered in the meadow, on the walls, or behind the barriers to watch the bulls. The boldest did not hesitate to run alongside them to try to touch them or take pictures.

After the run, the participants in the village meal on Thursday evening gathered under the marquee, around the tables, sheltered from the cool wind. Around sixty people were reunited in a warm atmosphere. The locally prepared stew served by the festival committee was particularly appreciated.

At the end of the meal, some went back to the square, drawn by the music or the bar, while others, more reluctant, preferred to return home. Everyone left satisfied, ready to relive the experience until Sunday inclusive.

The festival will conclude this Sunday, May 17, with the “old-fashioned” day. The program includes a breakfast offered by the festival committee of Cruviers-Lascours at 9:30 AM, a demonstration of traditional bull games, and various musical and entertainment activities throughout the day.
