Justine Rouquet, a young player from Saint-Thibéry, was voted Best Hope of the Arkema First League at the UNFP Awards, a key event in French football that rewards the best performers of the season. At only 18 years old, this talent from Montpellier’s training program is already making a name for herself, showcasing talent and determination in her debut season in the Arkema First League. This prestigious nomination solidifies her as one of the greatest talents in Hérault football.

After starting at the Sporting Club de Saint-Thibéry and training at various clubs in the Biterrois and RCO Agde, Justine joined Montpellier where she continues to rise rapidly. As a French U19 international, she signed her first professional contract last season with Montpellier Hérault Sport Club Féminines. In her first full season in the Arkema First League, Justine Rouquet quickly became an essential part of Montpellier’s offensive line. With nine goals in the league, the striker played a significant role in the club’s elite status thanks to her consistent performances throughout the season. According to Guilhem Rouquet: “This trophy is recognition of hard work, as it involves a lot of personal effort, discipline, determination, sacrifices, respect, and commitment. Thanks to everyone who has contributed to Justine’s performances from the beginning.”
