Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hakan Fidan attended the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, where he emphasized Turkey’s growing diplomatic role on the international stage. The forum brought together thousands of leaders and officials from 23 heads of state, 13 vice leaders, and 50 ministers, along with representatives from 150 countries and 66 international organizations.

Over three days, Antalya became a hub for global diplomacy discussions, with a total of 6,400 participants engaging in 52 sessions on various international crises. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Turkish officials held numerous bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the event.

A quadripartite meeting involving Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Pakistan focused on regional stability, economic cooperation, and conflict resolution. Minister Fidan underscored the importance of addressing regional issues realistically and practically, rejecting the idea of forming military alliances and emphasizing stability, economic development, and conflict resolution.

Discussions at the forum also touched on peace initiatives in Gaza, reaffirming the commitment of six majority-Muslim countries to a lasting peace. The Antalya Diplomacy Forum serves as a significant platform for international dialogue amid escalating global tensions.
